Kings & Queens International is a child abandonment prevention organization answering God’s calling through Christ Jesus, to proclaim the Gospel, defend and provide the spiritual, physical, and psychological needs of impoverished and abandoned children globally.
Defend and provide.
OUR VISION
Kings and Queens exists to prevent child abandonment in the jungles of Peru. Our organization seeks out children working and living on the streets, while at the same time targeting where it all begins – the parents. Our program assists families in providing discipleship, biblical parental counseling, tutoring, job skills training, and much more. Our goal is to break the cycle of abandonment one child at time.
The Reinas program is our effort to provide vulnerable Peruvian women with an opportunity to learn a skilled trade in sewing and jewelry making to provide supplemental income for their family, helping stop abandonment due to poverty.
Our program is run on a beautiful piece of land where a community center is housed, a sewing center for the Reinas program, and a transition home for college aged-young men who are provided for through our sponsorship program. Casa de Reyes aids former street boys who have aged out of an orphanage and offers them a chance to succeed by helping them through college, giving room and board, heath care, and Christian leadership to support, mentor, and encourage them through the next stage of life. Our desire to to see these young men become future leaders and men of God, providing for their families and stopping the cycles of abandonment.
